Theme: The Summit focused on "International Data Protection Law and Privacy," addressing crucial topics such as data sovereignty, cross-border data flows, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the intersection of privacy with emerging technologies.
Keynote Address: Delivered by a distinguished authorities in data protection law, the keynote address offered profound insights into the current state and future directions of international data privacy regulations.
Panel Discussions: Esteemed panelists engaged in robust discussions on critical issues, including the enforcement of data protection laws, the impact of artificial intelligence on privacy, and the role of international cooperation in data governance.
Competitions: The Summit featured various academic competitions, such as the Judgment Deliberation Competition (JDC) and the Treaty Appreciation Competition (TAC), allowing law students to demonstrate their analytical and advocacy skills.
