About SPIL Blog:
Started in 2024, the SPIL Blog is an initiative of Students for the Promotion of International Law (SPIL), Mumbai, established with the objective of fostering rigorous engagement with contemporary developments in international law and its intersection with allied disciplines. Conceived as an extension of SPIL's longstanding commitment to promoting scholarship in international law and international legal studies, the Blog seeks to create an inclusive platform that encourages criticial reflection, informed debate, and original analysis.
We invite submissions from students, academics, practitioners, and professionals across the globe, reflecting SPIL's ethos of collaborative learning and intellectual exchange. It serves as a space where diverse perspectives converge — ranging from in-depth doctrinal analysis and case commentaries, to policy discussions, treaty examinations, and reflections on broader issues of international relations, global governance, and comparative law.
