About the Speaker: If you need to read a bio to learn who Prof. Daswani is, what rock have you been living under? But for those who still do not know him, Prof. Daswani has been teaching law at the Government Law College, Mumbai for over 35 years and is the Faculty Advisor for Students for the Promotion of International Law (SPIL), Mumbai. He is the founder member and the Coordinator for the Securities Law course at the College and has been appointed by the Governing Council of the College to work on the Social empowerment of the underprivileged in the College.
He teaches at the Masters in Public Policy Program, Human Rights and Business Law at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. In the past, he has taught at the University…
